Personalization

Bruce Fox offers a complete personalization service in support of the award program. Customers can forward a listing of recipient names, dates, or other requirements to Bruce Fox whereupon the individual awards will be personalized accordingly. Personalization techniques include:

• Deep-cut Pantograph engraving (with black color fill)
• Diamond engraving
• Recessed-letter etching
• Raised-letter etching
• Silkscreening
• Laser Engraving
• Sublimation
• Abrasive Etched Glass

Additionally, if customers choose to have the recipient names engraved locally, we can ship the awards along with blank individualization plate unattached. Assembly requirement such as adhesive tape or screws are also included.

Distribution

The warehousing and shipping capabilities utilized by Bruce Fox, Inc. are ideal for streamlined distribution of awards and recognition programs:

• On-site, dedicated warehousing facilities allow us to manage and maintain your inventory
• Utilize stock and release method to take advantage of quantity pricing for custom products
• Most release requests, or “callouts,” are shipped within five business days; many in 48 hours or less
• We are located within three standard shipping days of 60% of the U.S. population
• Louisville International Airport, located just 15 minutes from our facility, is home to the international freight hub for UPS

Fulfillment

Our proprietary FOXTROT data systems provide live data support for the final assembly, personalization and shipment of every award we make. This unique fulfillment software:

• Assures proper collation of awards and any ancillary materials
• Alleviates errors in personalization by feeding data directly without re-keying
• Matches each package and its contents with bar-coded quality checkpoints
• Strips recipient information directly into shipment posting software
• Imports shipment tracking data that is automatically communicated to the customer
