Our products are available exclusively through authorized distributors and representatives. If you require a reference to an authorized distributor in your area, please contact us. Or we will pursue establishing a distributor of your choosing as an authorized Bruce Fox, Inc. representative.

Bruce Fox, Inc. reserves the right to photograph and display products which it manufactures without liability regarding trademark or design rights unless notified otherwise in writing by the purchaser. Bruce Fox, Inc. retain all rights to copyrights designs as seen in this catalog. Any use of these designs without the written permission of Bruce Fox, Inc. is hereby prohibited.

Catalog Product Descriptions

Item information is displayed for standard features. Different sizes and features are available for many products and are noted by pricing differences. Dimensions are in inches unless otherwise noted. Weight is based on total shipping weights.


Quality Assurance

Additions/Reductions
Order variances must be requested in writing. Your Sales Service Associate will provide a quotation. Production status will determine the feasibility of such variances.

Artwork Services
All orders should be accompanied by camera-ready artwork, defined as: type artwork and graphic materials with a very high black and white contrast that are ready to be photographed by a process camera. When artwork is submitted which adheres to the above conditions, no art charges will be incurred.

If supplied art does not meet the above conditions, charges of $70.00(G) per hour apply. Should charges exceed a total of $70.00(G), you will be notified for approval. Awards of Dimension reserves the right to determine if artwork is production-ready.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled without factory authorization. Cancellation charges will be incurred based on the status of the order. All completed work will be invoiced at the unit cost. Charges for material and labor costs for incomplete work will also be invoiced.

Customer Service
Each client is assigned a Sales Service Associate for full support before, during and after the production of their recognition awards.

Enclosures
Printed items to be enclosed with individual products, such as cover letters, announcement cards, or other inserts can be provided by the customer upon order submission, or produced and furnished by Awards of Dimension. Please contact factory for quotations and options.

Ordering Procedures
Select item number and size. Decide on your choices and options available for material components. Decide on quantity and type of personalization.

Overruns/Underruns
For non-personalized products, Awards of Dimension reserves the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under the amount of items ordered.

Personalization
Charges for personalization are determined by the type of personalization required, and the method by which information is communicated to Awards of Dimension. All cited costs are per line, per unit additions to the base unit cost.

Electronic Data Exchange is the preferred method. Your Sales Service Associate can help determine acceptable formats for data diskette, e-mail or modem files:

Packaging
A variety of packaging is available, including presentation boxes, colored felt bags, vacuformed inserts, wood crates, colored & textured boxes and custom-imprinted boxes and cartons.

Pricing
All prices are effective through December 31, 2006 and are subject to change.

Product Labels
All Awards of Dimension products bear our label as your assurance of quality. To include additional labels, such as our union bug, contact your Sales Service Associate.

Samples
Random Samples are available for certain items. If a specific Select Award item is not available as a random sample, your Sales Service Associate will provide an appropriate substitute. Random samples are invoiced at the end-quantity price, and may be returned in original packaging within 30 days for full credit, provided they return in re-usable condition. A credit memo will be issued for the cost of the returned samples, exclusive of freight & handling charges.

Pre-Production Samples created will be invoiced for all associated art, set-up, tooling, shop-prep and make-ready charges, along with all manufacturing costs. This amount will be applied to the order to which the approved sample pertains.

Repeat Orders
With the exception of silkscreen awards, abrasive-etched awards, and products requiring existing blanking dies, repeat orders will not be subject to art, set-up, tooling, shop-prep or make-ready charges provided the order involves identical copy, layout and product. Artwork for silkscreen or abrasive-etched awards will be maintained for a period of 18 months. After 18 months, applicable art charges will be incurred. Products requiring existing blanking dies will incur a minimum shop preparation charge of $60.00(G). All revised art, set-up, tooling, shop-prep & make-ready costs will be cited.

Returns
Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A handling charge up to 50% may be charged. All returns must be remitted in the original packaging.

Rush Orders
Specially-expedited shipments may be available. Call for details regarding availability and costs.

Shipping Services
All merchandise is shipped FOB Awards of Dimension in Indiana. Incurred charges are added as a separate line item to the invoice.

Drop Shipments are available at $4.50(X) per destination for data received via diskette, e-mail or modem. Your Sales Service Associate can provide further details for assuring appropriate formatting of electronic data. Receipt of typed drop-shipment data will incur a cost of $8.00(X) per destination. Freight charges are additional.

Customer-Owned Stock and Release (COSR) is a managed inventory system in which your awards are warehoused at Awards of Dimension, awaiting individual shipment (callout) instructions. Your Sales Service Associate can provide further details to help tailor a COSR program for your award distribution needs.

Trademark Notice
Any material submitted for use by Awards of Dimension for production of an order will be accepted as being in full compliance with all laws regarding copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, right of privacy, or similar protection. You and your client agree, by submitting such material or copy for our use in producing an order, these laws will not be violated, and Awards of Dimension disclaims all liability for compliance with these laws. You and your client agree to hold Awards of Dimension harmless for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said material or other copy.

The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on products displayed in the Awards of Dimension Catalog are reproduced to demonstrate our processes, quality and capabilities. They are not intended to represent product endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks.

Payment and Credit Terms
Awards of Dimension accepts VISA and MasterCard for any order. First-time buyers without an open account will require full advance or credit card payment. Orders up to $250.00(X) will be charged to your credit card. Credit accounts require an approved credit application.
